Has anyone ever done one? I just finished reading a article that said we should do one once in awhile but I know nothing about this. If you have any info regarding a colon cleanse please let me know. Not sure if I should do it or not.

Hi Bonnie...my name is Rod and I live in Michigan with my wife who is a 20 year colon cancer survivor. This topic is near and dear to our hearts because of that.

Colon Cleansing is beneficial to overall health and disease prevention. We have found however...that "whole body cleansing" is even better. Our internal systems...like the systems of our cars and heating and cooling systems...have at least one and most time more than one filter that we must keep clean in order for them to function properly and efficiently. Colon Cleansing is great...but we need to address other filters such as our kidneys and liver for example and whole body cleansing does that.

We use a product called Cleanse For Life and liked it so well we became representatives for the company that makes it. We have a web site where you can check out that product on your own if you like. We only offer the info...we do NOT chase people or hard sell people so please don't let that our being reps for this company stop you from checking it out for yourself. If it seems like something you'd like to try...fine...if not...also fine.

I completely agree, colon cleasing will do your body some good, but a whole body cleanse is the way to go. I started cleansing with the Isagenix system after seeing it on the news. I personally lost 10 pounds the first week, and have now lost 18 pounds in the last month.

That's Great! I have a business partner in North Carolina that just reported his first 9 day resuts. 20 pounds! His wife...13 pounds!

I just finished a product called Colonblow. It is hard to eat the mixed drink but I did crap twice as much. Not as much as the website claimed, but I did feel better.

I'm so interested in this.

My concern is the weird diet before hand on so many of the them. Dr. Nutura sounded interesting but the fact that they want you on it for so long is a turn off.

Do you guys have to modify your diet on these. OR does your body freak out so that you would need to stay "close to home" in the beginning?

Colonblow had 3 ways you could do it. Eat 1 meal for the day with the product drink stuff, eat light with it, or eat normal with it.
You get really, I mean a really full feeling on the weird drink so you don't really feel like eating.
I didn't ever have to rush to the bathroom, although my crap was softer. and I bought the 3x dosage. You could order more if you want to go longer.
There is an interesting review on it at I think it's called steelgirl.com or something where 3 people did it and ate "normal", including alcohol and Taco Bell and they posted their results.
I have also tried that diet tea, that has the natural laxative in it with similar results, just lower key.
