Elliptical trainer advice |
|
|
Hey,
I am thinking about getting rid of my treadmill and replacing it with an elliptical trainer. I saw one at Sears today and loved it.
Can anyone offer any advice? Is it hard on your knees?
Thanks for the advice!!

hi Jamie, i have both an eliptical and a treadmill, and i have used both at the gym. i love the elipticals at the gym, they are easy on my knees and they are smooth and easy to use, the one i have at home is cheap and sucks. so if you are investing in an eliptical make sure you get a decent one. so at home i use my treadmill more often, cause it is a good one and is easy to use and i like it better, but at the gym i like the eliptical. i think i burn about the same number of calories on either machine.
hope that helps, jen |
