Yoga and Bodybuilding
I'm taking a yoga class two days a week and I've been trying to figure out how to schedule my weight training around it. I'm currently lifting weights right before the class since I'm already at the gym. But the class is fairly difficult and I've noticed it's seemed harder since I started doing this two weeks ago. I can't lift weights after the class because it's an evening class. I could start lifting the days in between the class, but I'm worried my muscles wouldn't get enough rest if I'm alternating weight lifting and yoga four days in a row.
Any suggestions?

Hey there!
Hey there! From my own experience, yoga is great to keep fit without looking all worked out and fibered. It’s rather a smooth and slim look you get with yoga, which I find perfect for women who want to be stay in shape, but still feminine. I don’t know what to say about this combo you’re up to, but I think you should definitely talk to your trainers and ask for their opinion. Maybe it’ll turn out great if you find the right proportions. Good luck!

Body Building & Yoga!
Sorry that your having a difficult time with both exercising plans but I do encourage you to have high intensity and low intensity workout to burn fat for weight loss and build muscle with flexibility. Having two low intense workouts a week before yoga and two high intense workouts on other days is an excellent way to go. Give it a try.
