Hi everyone! I just received my shipment today of the 3 week Rapid Weight Loss System and I am so excited! I've read many good things about this product, as well as some pretty mediocre, but I wanted to start an online journal to keep track of my success (Yes SUCCESS! I'm hopefull! lol) as well as to let others know how this worked for me. To begin, here's a little info about me. I'm 25, and a single mother. I'm 5'6 and as of today, I weigh 150.5 and that's after 2 Atkins bar and 1 diet coke lol. My weight fluctuates within almost 3-4 lbs a day, and I'm sure that's normal but I hate it. At one point, I weighed 180 lbs although even my doctor couldn't believe it, because I "wore it extremely well" lol, but two years ago I lost 53 lbs doing the low-carb thing. Since then, I've put approximately 20-25 lbs back on, and I think it's actually all the low-carb food & snacks that are out now. When I lost all the weight before, I never ate the low-carb ice-cream, chocolate, and etc. but now I tend to indulge in that stuff a little too often. I would like to get down to 125 lbs, because when I was 127 lbs, I think that was when I looked my best and it was a perfect weight for me. I have a gym membership, but I don't go that often. I go to school in the mornings, and then I work nights 8p-4a so my schedule does not really allow too much free time, but I will definitely try harder to get to the gym. The pills seem a bit overwhelming, because the dosage is so high--10 pills a day--and that's just the first 11 days...it increases! Anyway- good luck to all and wish me luck as well! I will attempt to post everyday, as far as how I'm feeling, what I ate, and every few days I will weigh myself as well. I'll begin the plan tomorrow, Febuary 21. Bye for now! Wink Oh- one more thing, does anyone know if you have to eliminate soda? I will drink my water as I'm supposed to, but I'm so addicted to diet coke! I go thorugh a 12-pk case within a day! Horrible I know, and although I will try to cut back, does anyone know if this will make the pills less effective? Thanks!

Hi - and good luck to you! RE: diet soda's, I would eliminate them if u can. I didn't think I would be able to either but I was amazed at how easy it was(diet soda's were my only liquid intake since I was about 11, I am 33 now).

I read this article were the guy said u could lose about 10 pounds from switching to green tea(inplace of diet soda or coffee) with only that change in your diet; and its true!! And as everyone says: DRINK LOTS OF WATER!! Your body needs the water for so many things, and one of them is to help bun of fat!! So make sure you are sipping the stuff throuout the day -- I would even say it is probably the most important part of a healthy life change! DONOT let your body get dehydrated!!! And may I recomment: DONOT weigh yourself a few times a week as you said you were going to;the number on the scale is not the greatest measure on if a 'diet' is succeeding or failing;please dont weigh yourself anymore than one time a week;there are so many factors that change the number on the scale, remember that - especially if u start to do strengh trainning.

And finally, try not to get discuraged;putting the weight on didn't happen overnight... and u won't lose it that way either!!!!!!

THINK A NEW HEALTHY LIFSTYLE - NOT A 'NEW DIET'!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally agree. Don't weigh yourself all the time because your body is trying to adjust and it didn't get that way overnight. Drinking water helps your body metabolize the fat and diet sodas may cause you bloat up. If you can't eliminate them , then try at least to cut down. This is my 12th day on Lipovarin and my body is slowly changing from day to day. Sometimes my face and stomach appear bloated then other days it goes down. If I eat anything like carbs, this tends to happen.

Ok- It's only 11:55am, and so far I feel fine. I don't feel as though I'm on "speed" or even that I have any extra energy than usual. My eyes are a little tired, (that happens when I don't have any diet coke in my system) I know it sounds weird, but I've defintely noticed that while I may feel alert, my eyes will actually want to simply shut. lol Anyway, so far I've taken the first dose of pills, along with my Centrum Performance Multi-vitamin, 400mg of chromium picolinate and 100mg of a B6 vitamin. I've heard all these help control hunger and, all in all, aid in dieting. For breakfast I had 2 scrambed eggs and a slice of wheat toast. And now, I've just had 2 handfuls of a trailmix that consists of nuts, seeds, and raisins. I try to stay away from breads and starchy carbs, but I read in another post that a slice of regular bread in the morning is actually reccomended. Now would be a good time to hit the gym, since I have almost 3 hours before my daughter comes home from class, but I've been at school since 8am and I have to work tonight from 8pm-4am. I'm actually a little tired and I know that I need to take a nap so that I can function tonight at work. Ugh! The inner-turmoil...gym or nap? lol Ok, I think I'm going to just lay down for a bit, as the more and more I think about it, I'm only getting sleepier. I will not take my 2nd set of pills until like 5 or 6 beore I eat. I will take the advice and try not to weigh myself everyday, although it will be very hard. I'm actually not even all that concerned with weight, more so with just back to being a size 5! I'm so used to weighing myself every morning, I think I'll just put it under my bed or something. Outta sight, outta mind. Bye for now!

Today was my second day on the system, and I think I'm actually starting to feel the energy that I was supposed to feel yesterday! I've been up since 7am and it is now 1am! I haven't been to the gym yet, but I did some exercises that are supposed to help with defining the waist, so at least there's a little more activity! But I defintely haven't felt tired all day and I'm actually not as hungry as I was yesterday! Yesterday, I couldn't stop munching and felt hungry almost non-stop! I think that it was all in my head though, because I was obsessing about this stuff. Today, I only ate 2 actual meals, and then I munched on some nuts and seeds. I also cheated, I weighed myself in the morning and I weighed 149. So that's 1.5 lbs, but I don't think that I credit that with any real value, as my weight fluctuates like that every day! We'll see. We'll just weight and see. lol Oh, and the diet coke thing, I doubt that my addiction is going anywhere! I've drank like 6 cans today, so even though that's less than usual, I know that it's still excessive. Anyways- bedtime is here, and I don't think that I'll have any problem falling asleep either! Bye

OMG! So I weighed myself this morning and I weigh 148.5! That's NOTHING!!! I'm hoping this stuff kicks in any day now, because so far I haven't seen any weight loss--whooptie do--a whopping 2lbs! There are times when I feel slimmer, but that was even the norm when I wasn't taking this stuff, as was even the fluctuation of a few lbs on any given day! I want to see results!!! Talk about being a let down! I eat way less, drink my water, but...nada. I'll continue with this...but I really hope results are near!

Hi amarie,

I did the program for 2 weeks. I am back on it today after a short break. While on the program I didn't feel that I was losing a great amount of weight but it all adds up. I'm not really sure what i lost overall but I did lose a few lbs but more importantly I had been going to the gym for over 3 months before I started the program - I was toning up but I really didn't see huge results to my body fat. After 2 weeks on the 3 wk system it seems like I lost a lot of body fat and I look so much more toned than before. I thought that it was psychological and all my own imagination but this weekend my boyfriend was amazed by the difference.

I know I sound like an advertisment but I really do attribute this to Lipovarin etc. I'm sorry I never measured my body fat beforehand because there's definitely a difference there. All I'm saying is don't be disheartened. Exercise regularly and you'll see some results. Maybe not through weight loss but in a couple of weeks you'll look great.
