I need to lose weight!!! HELP!

- I eliminated meat,dairy (esp. cheese, butter and ice cream) from my diet.
- Had one meal per day be a big salad and made my own salad dressing from mustard, a bit of honey and red wine vinegar.A slice of whole grain bread (no butter) with salad.
- By drinking nothing but fresh water--no sodas, and cut way back on beer or wine or other alcoholic beverages--and drink nothing that contains high fructose corn syrup
- By physical exercises like cycling, walking,running,or swimming for at least 30 minutes per day.
All I had to do was fill out the first page with my info and they shipped it to me
yay... It's already June and my resolution is to Lose weight at all cost and with this product; I started seeing results quickly.

Best way to lose weight is to have a balanced diet. Eat small portions, but in regular intervals,eat plenty of protein rich foods. Havegreen tea early morning and try some CLA supplement. Have sauna and try 15 min weight training and finally some spa. This will help you speed up metabolism and lose calories.
