Hello, a lot of people try to reduce the weight, but with no success. It doesn’t matter what do they do to achieve it but they are simply not able to make anything work for them. If some of them are able to do it, then possibly they put a lot of harm to their bodies and are totally unaware about it. No problem! Here I am going to share with you some of the great tips to lose weight. These tips will do nothing but will help you to lose weight quickly and without compromising with your health.

Don’t Overeat: Few people feel shame leaving food in the plate. They think, if they will leave food in the plate then others will suppose that they were not eat to take what they took. But, you should stop as soon as you find that you are full. There should be no shame in leaving the food in the plate if it may ruin your health. Leave the habit of ‘FINISHING’ the food, otherwise, food will finish YOU!

Walk instead of using vehicles: Walking is a great exercise. You can also do some great tasks while walking and which are not possible when driving. For example, you can improve your stamina and reduce the cholesterol while walking. Not only this, people generally have some great ideas while walking. You can plan your tour, business meetings, marketing and even your household budget while walking. If the market is just close to your home then prefer going to the market on foot rather than taking your vehicle. In that way, you will also get time to watch beauty of the nature surrounding you.

Plan your diet: Few people, just to lose their weight, stop eating many things or eat really less. This is a ‘perfect’ formula to reduce your Hemoglobin, which will lead to weakness. In a week or two you will start feeling weak. If you want to control your weight then you must have a good diet plan. Go to a dietician and ask him what to eat to keep your weight low. Prepare a chart of those things which are accountable for your extra weight. You must have a strong will power to leave those things which are really tasty but causing trouble for you, for example, chocolates and chips.

  Hi I am new to the forum and saw your post I really like the thread.
  To be looking to help people lose weight is a very good thing, especially if you have had some success yourself. I am 59 years young and dropped 30 pounds in the last 3 months. So perhaps the people following your thread might get some great ideas form my experiance at reaching at my high school weight.
  It would have been a lot harder had I not been a powerlifting state champion when I was 33. I learned about supplementation and burning fat. So one of the better supplements to take if you want to burn fat and get off that diet plateau is CLA.
   I will be back and give out some more aids to get the weight off.

It was on the t.v the other morning ,there is a guy called Paul McKenna who is kind of a celebrity he dose hypnotherapy < hes helped a lot of people loose weight just by doing very simple thing for example when eating dont have any distracting stuff like the t.v chew your food realy slow putting your knife and fork down it will send a message to the brain that you have eaten moore than usual when in fact you havnt . When you get the urge to snack it can infact be thirst so have a glass of water then brush your teeth , and see if it passes also have a large glass of water b4 you eat. If your down full is your a late night eater ( like me ) try not eat any cabs after 6pm I usualy have a small bowl of tuna of an evening it dose fill you and it deffo makes that bloted feeling go after a few days Try these few simple steps and post your results.

surprising most people trying to loose weight are not eating enough. if you dont eat enough you may loose a couple pounds at first but then the metabolism slows and even if you cut back more you will still not loose, making it an endless cycle, then when you give up you gain the few pounds back plus some. STOP dont do this, changing what you eat, when you eat and how much  you eat is the key to successfully charging your metabolism and long term successful weight loss. I know most have heard eat every 2-3 hours. In saying that it doesnt mean full meals, just eat something nutritious every few hours so you wont have a drop in metabolism and you wont gorge yourself from being overhungry. It really works.
