My successful experience of weight loss

meizitanganna — I followed my friends' losing weight ways as follows:
1. Zig-Zag Calorie Intake
Zig-zagging, or calorie cycling is the process of varying daily calorie intake, while maintaining the same weekly intake.

Instead of consuming (for example) precisely 1800 calories each day - you can mix it up (calculate your daily calories here). Eat 1500 calories one day, and 2100 calories the next. This can be as simple as halving then doubling a portion size, or adding a botanical slimming soft gel into the plan.

2. Strength Training
If you are not doing this as part of your program or lifestyle, then it's time to start. Working your muscles will help to strengthen bone tissue, increase lean mass, and ultimately boost metabolic rate.
3. Change Your Exercise Routine

robinthomson — Hi friend the article you have posted is too much nice but i am needed your suggestion in my problem, i am wanted to loss the weight and using some weight loss pills to do that but i am afraid of this so i am wanted to know your point of view about this. And by the way now i am thinking of using Ephedra weight loss pills you can check its details from over here bingproducts.com these are quit good and safe from my knowledge but i am wanted to know your opinion about this.

juliebean2012 — I think this is a good principle to try. I might not try such a drastic zig-zag but I do get the idea. Vary the calories daily. I probably shouldn't have more than 2000 right now to be honest.

weightloss55 — it seems nice that you practise and manage to do and follow all principles only then a a successful result comes peoples should take inspiration from you ,
