So Frustrated.... Please HELP Me!!!!

Hello all. I am new here and support groups in general... I am not one that typically shares things. But I am just so tired of this extra weight that I am branching out I guess.
I am looking for a product or program that is natural. I don't take weight loss drugs or any of those fad diets because for one they don't work. Two, they all seem to have some stimulant or chemical that in 3 months will be discovered to cause a disease and get pulled off the shelf.
I am frustrated and need your help! Please!

Hi,
the only thing that can wipe your frustration off is getting some results. Please understand that weight loss won't happen overnight, especially if you're looking for long-term, healthy weight loss.
Some things you can implement right away:
Avoid junk food at all costs (this includes sugary beverages)take a tour on the net and gather recipes for smoothies: they are a great "trick" to jumpstart your healthy nutrition plantry to eat smaller portions more often. Aim for a three hours rhythm (and reduce "intake" along the day). Your last meal should be three hours prior to going to sleep.include exercise daily. It doesn't matter how much but try to be constant. At the beginning it will be hard. Just keep at it and improvements won't take long to show up.

Good for you for wanting to go the natural way. I would say you are already ahead! You will always be able to find many very good programs online or in bookstores, but the hardest thing will always be actually sticking with something for any length of time. So find a "system" that you can make a lifelong commitment to, which obvious excludes all those quick-fix fad programs.
I know that seems like really generic info, but from my experience it is just keeping a simple, long-term healthy pattern for life that will ALWAYS blow away any one program you will find. But including natural, high quality produce frequent exercise can keep you a great foundation you use as a platform for more "intense" options. And I recommend doing it in that order

Try the Insanity DVD set. It will kick your butt and get you awsome results. Also, if your interested, I'm starting up a 16 week challenge in the next month or so on my blog. Eat natural foods that haven't been processed. Lose sugar wherever it sneaks into your diet. Do resistance exercise to build muscle. Three months from now you won't have a weight problem.
Thanks for the advise all. Have you guys heard of Bios Life Slim? I have been doing some research and this seems interesting. I wanted to see what everyone else thought about it. If you go to this site: naturalfatlossproducts.com, you will see some videos about this Bios Life Slim and there is an article on the site that made a lot of sense too.
Has anyone ever tried this stuff? I wouldn't mind if some people checked this out too, so that I could get another opinion before I tried it.
