ECA for weight lost

Hello, I have just started the ECA today. I weigh 190.lbs and I am 5.7 in height. My goal is to lose about 15.lbs in 2 weeks. I will be doing 2, 30 min cardio work outs and 1 mile 2 times and going to work where I will be on my feet all day. I will also take body pics of myself every 2 or three days to see any changes. I know you guys are like OKAY and why are you telling us this. Well the reason is because I would like some support through out this journey in my life. I really don't have anyone to motivate me and any support little or small would be very nice. I know you guys have a thing about NEWBIES but really I am a very cool person.

P.S. If someone reading this also need some support I will be a support person for you and GOOD LUCK in your journey as well.

hello, I went to cvs drugs store and got the E, and went to dollar general store and got the C and A it all cost me about 15.00 and it is helping I am also on a liquid diet. I started at 190.lbs and three days on this plan I now weigh 185.lbs. YEAH WOOH!

hello, I have to make this one short I have to go to work. I weighed in today at 182.lbs. I have started today callanetics for arms and abs. I am keeping videos for my sucess to encourage myself.

That's great Playgirl!  How many times a day are you taking the ECA stack?  Congrats and keep up the good work!

NI64, I take eca three times when I first wake up around 6:45am or 7:00 am and again at 12:00 noon and again at 4pm. I don't take it later than 5pm so I can sleep at night. I try to take it fours apart with 8oz glass of water. I also have  8-9 glasses of a liquid diet meal replacement, plus water through out the day and one small calorie meal. The reason I eat so many times is to keep my metabolism working. I am on a 1200 calorie diet. I haven't had any sweet craving yet, which is a good thing for me. I am also going to start taking a flush system drink to promote bowel movements, only twice a week. Thank you for the motivation and GOOD LUCK on your journey as well friend.

hello, today I weighed in at 180.lbs. I must say I feel a little tired b/c at work they worked the mess out of me plus I walked to work it only took about 8 minutes. so I will do my cardio workout and callanetics at 7pm. Thank you to everyone for the motivation. I will keep you guys updated. GOOD LUCK  ON YOUR JOURNEYS as well.

Wow, that's just fantastic!  Congratulations, Playgirl74.
I think I might try doing ECA. 
You mentioned that you're drinking about 8-9 glasses of meal replacements.  Can I ask which brand you're using.  Can this be done with, say, Slim Fast meal shakes?

hello, lovemy2boys, I drink 8 meal replacements and one solid meal. The meals are 100 calories with 15 grams of protein and 7 grams of carbs and 1.5 grams of fat. I use medsourcehealth.net. It can be high but you can find some shakes at GNC that's where i am buying my next week supply. Oh yeah yes you can use slim fast but it must have the same carbs, protein, fat. You can try the new stuff but drink it with 40% almound milk that way you are only having 100 calories. You can also use water with your shake meal. I believe slim fast has a shake called optima i think, just write down the grams I have here and look for that in your meal replacement. If you decide to do the liquid meal your solid meal shuld be only 250 calories like a smart one meal. and drink alot of water. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR JOURNEY. Oh yeah i am back to 180.lbs but my monthly friend is still around.

Thank you so much for your help, Playgirl.
I ordered the eca stack through drugstore.com (bronkaid and the caffeine pills).  I already take a low dose aspirin daily, I have a few bottles already.  I also ordered the low-carb slimfast shakes.
 180 calories, 20g of protein, carb 4g, fat 1.5g
I think I'll do 6 drinks 1  low calorie meal
I might add some sugar free Jello if I get hungry.  I can't start until my stuff gets here.  I'll keep you posted.

hello lovemy2boys I am glad you are going to try the liquid diet. you will be amazed at how easy it is. I weighed in today AND IS VERY HAPPY TO SAY I BROKE MY 180.lbs i am 178.lbs my kids are just happy and now is going to fast walk with me every night. I believe you will be fine with the 180 calories by only doing 6. I can't wait to hear your updates and always friend GOOD LUCK ON YOUR JOURNEY.  The first day I took the stack I was so energetic and went through my work outs like a breeze. be sure to take pictures of your self you will be amazed I am still going to post my videos, but my monthly friend just left so I have to add today and tomorrow and I will post the address here for anyone that would like to see. thanks friend
p.s drink plenty of water I also use the best buy 0 calories and no sugar to flavor my water it is cheap at wal-mart and will help with keeping up with your 8 glasses of daily water.
