ECA: Dosage?

Hi guys,

So I currently have ephedrine supplies (8mg/tablet) and caffeine supplies (200mg/tablet) and I'm just wondering what the proper dosage should be.

I used to only take ephedrine without the caffeine, so that's why I'm unsure.

Also, is the Aspirin very critical in the combination?
