No need to run. Do some good workouts that may be beneficial for you. Check the videos from the site workoutsondemand.com.
You may consider Workouts On DemandĀ  according to your choice.

Taking the weight off is the hardest part, but keeping it off can also be a challenge. Make good choices about the types of food that you eat, maintain some type of excercise and moniter your weight often. Often the simple things can make all the difference. I have found that eatingĀ  smaller meals and snacking inbetween meals with nutritious low fat things such as fresh fruit keep me from ever being hungry and don't pile on the calories.

Hope that helps some!

Congratulations on the weight loss that's a great accomplishment. To maintain your weight loss your best bet is to combine a program of resistance training, cardio, and a healthy diet. By incorporating say weight training you will  not only burn calories as you exercise, but you will have better after burn especially if you do high intensity training. 30 minutes 3 time a week should suffice, do full body workouts each time.
On alternate days try a 5 minute warm-up, 20 minutes of intervals and a 5 minute cool down. Occasionally you can add a class like boot camp, kickboxing etc. If you enjoy what you do you'll be more likely to stick to it.

Hi! Congratulations on your accomplishment. You don't need to run more to maintain your weight. You just to maintain a good exercise to
keep your metabolism going. Also, watch your food in take.
Keep up the good work! You're doing great. :)

Congratulations on your weight loss, that is fantastic!
I agree with the others, if you're bored, you need to find more variety. Running is probably the most efficient way to burn calories from a time perspective, but certainly isn't your only option to maintain your weight loss. Check out classes in your area at the YMCA or whatever gym you might feel comfortable with. You can get workout videos from your local library. For me, I do some run/walks and enjoy Bikram Yoga and/or martial arts classes. There are so many options, just experiment and try new and different things. The key to maintenance is consistency with food and exercise. Keep up the great work!

Whatever you do, just don't stop exercising. To many people fall into the trap of thinking losing the weight is the only battle. Find a sport or activity you enjoy and do it a lot, for me, that's tennis, for you, it might be tennis, it might be something else.
And congratulations
