I can't explain this. I am not fat but i have a big "beer belly". The thing is that I do not even drink that much beer, so its is not caused by beer actually.

Can anyone please help me to get rid of this beer belly fat. What should I do?

You may find that lowcarb approaches are more effective for you.

Stomach fat isn't easy to get rid of, but with the right exercises, eating habits and motivation, you can do it. If you are doing any kinds of ab exercises only, they will not burn away enough fat and get rid of your belly. If you are interested, I invite you to visit my website @ www.exercisesforaflatstomach.com and there is a review of 2 highly effective workout programs specifically designed to deal with belly fat.
Good luck to you and don't despair!

It is not uncommon to store fat around the middle even if the rest of you seems normal. The unfortunate thing is that this type of fat is the most metabolically active and therefore the most dangerous. It is usually accompained with higher cholesterol and triglyceride levels making you a more likely candidate for heart disease.
To lose this fat your best bet is a low glycemic (low Carb) diet and high intensity whole body exercises. All the ab work in the world isn't going to get it done.
