CONFESSIONS.....

Okay.... So today, I get my dogs ready, put my walking shoes on and get a really good walk going, then walked us right to the local icecream shop. Well I only went there to get water for my dogs and myself from the owner of the shop who is a friend, and before I know it, I'm having a piece of birthday cake. It was her mother's birthday, and we arrived just in time!

Dang it....

This was the first time I have gone walking in a while, The first day of my hopefully new routine of walking every day like I used to.

So tomorrow is new day.
