Hello,
You are going to have to mix cardio with some stregnth training. If you can get in 30 min a day of cadio, of any kind that could potentially help you burn up to 1 pound per week. There are 3500 calories in a pound and running at a high speed burns just about the most calories of any exercise, up to 9 or ten a minute. I don't know what kind of shape you are in now, but if you could hike or jog and pepper your wokouts with intervals you would be in a good position to burn more.

These are excellent replies. I recommend doing high intensity/short duration training. If you are in good enough shape try adding sprint training on a bike or running. This is far superior to moderate cardio for burning fat. Do resistance training 3 times a week for 30 minutes. If you keep the intensity high this will be plenty. Lastly, journal your food intake, this is the 1 constant in all diets that work.
