You can try a mix of cardio and strenght training. 7 KG can be lost in few months, just in time for the summer fun!

I dont like to use cardio at the begginings with my clients, maybee for the last 1-2kg but til lthen it isnt, needed. I am using with my clients mostly weight training 3xweek and low carb nutrition plan with incerased fish oil intake and they have all grate results with it.

Cardio produces a lot of cortisol, the stress hormone. Dayli life is enought stressfull and the last thing you need in your blood is more cortisol. Chronicaly high levels of cortisol degradates the muscles and slow down the fat loss proces a lot. This is why many people are doing cardio 5 times 1 hour a week but are stil lfatty. More important then kcal wasted in training is the metabolic shift which can be achieved through proper nutrition manipulation, not too much training.

There are many exercises that will help you lose weight successfully.  I usually recommend eating right and daily exercise where you bring your heart rate up to about 130-140.  You can find many different exercises that will accomplish this.

I've been a trainer for 20 years in one of the most body conscious locations in the world. Any exercise that engages the whole body and strengthens, conditions, you find enjoyable enough to continue will work especially when tied to a sensible diet.
Boot camp classes, cardio kickboxing, or high intensity circuit training are all excellent choices. Keep resistance training to 30 minutes and alternate with interval cardio training (sprint training is ideal) on opposite days for optimum fat burning.

Hi, I have only recently found out how to lose belly fat and get abs. I used to think (for way too many years) that doing crunches, etc. was the answer...nope! It never worked until I met Mike Geary who  told me his  (then new) publication which was to be called The Truth About Abs. Well, I just put that idea on the shelf for 2 years - stupid me.
I tried it 4 months ago and voila! - I lost the belly fat and look a lot better. Here's what I never ever knew. We all have good abdominal muscles already - it's just covered up by fat,...So what I was doing for decades was to build up muscle over the fat.
Research has demonstrated that the old ways were just plain wrong. If you really want to lose that weight and look a heck of a lot better, click on the link I provided.     Al Forsberg, New York.
