Hey everyone, I have a terrible weight-loss problem that's driving me crazy. I've been trying to lose weight through diet but I don't seem to be getting any progress so I need some exercises videos that I can do at home, can any1 help with that?

I don't know of any good ones. I'll always start with one, do it a couple times get bored of it. I have a hard time working out at home (I know just another excuse of why I can't get my lazy butt up and movin)...

You may consider Workouts On Demand -- their workout videos are geared toward beginners and you can even download the videos from their site.  My favorites are the pilates and yoga, but my mom does the kickboxing and loves that one too!

Work out videos do make a difference, provided you follow them religiously and 2 the letter.
Also, never stick to a programme or video if its not working, always find something that works, but always remember your mind is the most important thing when it comes to loosing weight. You have to be mentally strong!

A lot of people I know have had success with P90X.  But don't buy it directly from beach body--buy it from Amazon, etc.

Check out beachbody.com, for videos and reviews.  Slim in 6 is an effective program.  It takes 6 weeks, doing 6 days a week.  There are three seperate DVDs.  Start it up is used for the first two weeks, Ramp it Up is used for the following two weeks, and Burn it Up is used the last two weeks.  You can lose up to 25lbs in the 6 week time period, but you have to be dedicated to it for at least six days a week for six weeks.  The first two videos are anywhere from 35-45 minutes, and the last disc is about 55 minutes.  As long as you eat pretty well and drink lots of water this should work for anybody.
Check out the Reviews
Otherwise if this is too womanly for you try P90X, its 90 days of muscle busting work outs but again you have to stay dedicated!!!
