Hi everyone

I'm currently losing weight by actually eating more often and using real foods. Even have a cheat day.

It's a lifestyle plan for eating, the only way you can really lose weight permanently and healthy.

There are a few programs out there doing these programs. Easy to stick too, and great for the whole family.

I found cheat your way thin online and loved it. Then i looked for some similar systems, to put on my website, because everyone is different, and they like to have a choice. I want everyone to feel as good as I do.

Hope some of you can try them out and get your life back. I'm loving life at the moment, losing about a kilo (approx 2 pound) and eating more often than ever.
