Following is a recipe for a smoothie that will stop food cravings :

Just put the following ingredients in a blender, mix and drink :
1 cup rice milk
1 cup soy milk
1 cup apple juice, or orange juice, or other fruit juice
1 banana
4 fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon aloe juice
1 tablespoon black cherry juice concentrate
1-2 tablespoon powdered brewer's or nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon raw, organic bee pollen (loose, not in tablets or capsules)
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Be creative. Experiment. Change the proportion to suit your tastebuds.
Maybe you could first freeze the bananas or strawberries to make a thicker, colder drink.
Enjoy. Drink this for breakfast and you will cut down your food cravings since this smoothie contains all the nutrients that your body needs.

aloe juice? rice milk? yeast?!!!
This smoothie looks a bit....scary in my opinion...what does it taste like?
