Just starting the CUPS diet. Second day now, and I have to say it really puts what and the amount of food you are eating in perspective! I find it very easy. The diet outlines what I should be eating but doesn't tell what I can or can not eat! I will post again soon to update my results!
So it has been 1 week, and I have lost 3lbs!! I feel great, and still find this diet very easy to stick to. For the first time in my life I am eating a healthy balanced diet. Can't wait to get back on the scale in another week!
