Cenalex??? Or stick with Hoodia?

I saw a new pill online called Cenalex that says it can deliver results that are better than Alli or Xantrex or any of those other pills. I'm completly clueless as to what diet pill is going to be the best weight loss solution. I want to start taking one but I don't want to take the wrong one. I was the best weight loss pill on the market and I have no idea what that might be. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!???
