18in4 Diet

Hi I have just purchased the 18in4 diet plan which claims I will lose 18 pounds in 4 days. I know deep down that this probably isn't true but if I can lose half of that it will kick start my weight loss and give me the determination to stick with it.
Besides if I can't stick with it for 4 days then there is something wrong with my commitment.
Day 1 - Breakfast is the same each day - wasn't much to eat for breaky but I am just drinking alot of water to fill me up so I don't think about snacking. Looking forward to lunch and dinner as there is a bit more to eat for these 2 meals.
I will touch base tonight after dinner to let you know how I am feeling etc.

Well I am on day 4 and the diet has been good. With some of the vegetables on day 1 I used a bit more than the half a cup that was on the plan as I was worried that I would still be hungry but I have to say the meals are filling me up so I have been able to stick to the 1/2 cup since day 2. I am still finding it hard to change my way of thinking in regards to snacks but I just have a glass of water or green tea everytime I think a snack would be good.
I weighed myself on day 3 in the morning and I had lost 3 kilos which was great.
Today though unfortunately I sleep in and didn't have time to prepare my lunch so I will be having a lean cuisine frozen meal instead. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and see what the final outcome was. I must admit I cheated on day 3 with a cracker with cheese on it as I really needed a snack in the afternoon and water just didn't help.
I will definately be doing this 4 day plan again and I will stick to the meals 100% next time but overall the plan is good. I will see what the total loss is tomorrow.
