Hi everybody my names Jerry I'm almost 17 years old, And I weigh almost 350 lbs. I am very disappointed in myself. I've started a new diet. And purchased a new workout program for teens. I really want to turn my life around the way I should have earlier. I was wondering if anyone else on here was around my age or even if not. Is there any workout plans or anything you guys would reccomend? This time I'm not just BS ing it. I'm ready to work hard. So hit me with anything you got. Thanks for reading....

hey Jer,
don't be nervous. control your eating habits i.e. avoid junk food go for green vegetables and fruits instead. Have lots of water everyday and do exercise whatever it may be (cycling, running, jumping, etc) at least of 30 minute per day.

Well actually right now I am on a no sugar, low carb, low fat diet. Almost like the Atkins diet, which has worked quite well for me in the past. And soon I'm going to begin some dvd cardio workouts. Because every other time I went on Atkins I noticed that I plateau around 30 lbs. But I think if I'm working out its going to keep my metabolism up and hopefully burn off some more of this fat. My goal is to be around 230 but I don't know how long it will take to get there. I'm just going to try my hardest this time and see what I get out of it.
would love to help you via email - im a trainer looking for pro bono clients. tried to post this earlier but it didnt work. email me at rugbysuperman at hotmail.
Hello Everyone,
I am just 22 years old, any one tell me how can I loose my weight by using healthy food and without dieting? My weight is approx.
Hey Jer, According to me, your diet is not perfect as your age and weight, What is your daily routine diet , hope you will reply me soon then I'll suggest you better answer!!
Hi Tyson, eating healthier is a form of dieting. Cut out fast food and processed food and eat whole foods instead. Do that and be committed to drinking only water (and lots of it) and you will lose weight. A bit of physical activity everyday will also help.
@ Jer- There are a lot of diet programs out there and they probably all work, the problem is sticking with them which ultimately makes them not work. If its impossible to follow the program, it will be very difficult to get the results that you seek. Before you even begin a diet or any program its imperative that you know your "why." Why do you want to lose weight? Use the answer to motivate you towards your goal.
After that you will definitely want to focus on changing your eating habits. Doesn't have to be all at once. Gradual change is better than no change. Hope this helps.

Hi Jerry.
Seriously look into 'Odysi Zero | Lose Weight: Say No to Dieting and Exercise' by Azrael. Jusy Google it and it should be easy to find. Like was mentioned, most dieting works but the problem is with sticking with it which is why the author tells you to avoid it. Also, there are no powders or pills or anything else you need to buy in this method, you just read it and follow it. No other costs etc.
You're young and enthusiastic. I was obese and conqured it with Odysi Zero but whatever you choose to do, just know that you can do this thing and be successful. Take care
