74lbs lost now in trouble....

3 years back I had huge success with Reductil, with a loss of 74 lbs over 10 months. Currently however to get my BMI to 25 I have another 38lbs to shed (I'm about 5ft 9" 202lbs). I've been yo-yoing for 2 years, going on and off because Reductil doesn't have the affect it used to in the begining.
I have zero will power without an appetiet suppresant so am just stuck at my current weight. I really want to stop taking Reductil because I've has so many side affects with it, the worst being the depression and massive hair loss.
Would it be totally stupid to double the dose of Reductil in hopes of getting the initial affect?

You should probably ask your doctor about it. You don't say what dosage you are on now, but doesn't it come in different milligrams? If you are not on the highest now that might be better.
I'm glad you have had success with it in the past. I took Meridia (U.S. name for it) for a short time and it did nothing to curb my appetite; maybe I didn't give it enough time or something.
