Getting to Goal with Jogging + Reductil

I been sharing with few friends who wanted to reduced weight try Exercise + Diet pills and the success rate is 100%.
In the begining was so hard for all of us to exercise but after few weeks it became habitual. All of us started to increase our activities.
I started up with Jogging now moving into swimming + Tennis :).
In a year I lost about 35 KG with Exercise + Reductil

You could Start with Simple Exercise like jogging for 5 minutes around your house and build the habit to exercise longer it definitely works much better then just on pills alone.
