Oh man, I looked 
been on them for 7 months now and lost 4 stone from 17 down to 13. I have had no bad effects what so ever so stick with it .

did u start exercising the day u started the tablet, or a bit later? how much exercixe do u do a day roughly?
im started on 10mg, which seems normal from what ive read on the other posts. does it take long to start noticing positive effects?
