Hi everyone! Just wanted to say hey and introduce myself.

I started with Reductil two days ago and I have a few questions to those who have been on it for a while.
have you noticed any side effects at all?
I've been a little light headed but it's not too bad. I'm also kind of energized which is really unusual for me.

Also does anyone have any tips when it comes to exercizing? I usually walk for about forty minutes 4 times a week. I've also started go to an African power dance class 1-2 times a week. Is this enough to loose at least some weight or do I need to up this?

Welcome!  I am new also.

I have no experience with Reductil so I can't help you there.

As far as exercise, I log all of my exercise in an online virtual gym called WOWY.  You can try it for free.  There are tons of things to help you out there.  check it out at yourWorkoutNow.com

I am doing Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer and Teresa Tapp's T-Tapp along with walking.  I like the variation I get and the muscle confusion.  I am getting good results and my clothes are already fitting better.
