I would like to introduce myself

I'm new myself aregeseejum, just joined today. I'm TyBox and this is my first forray into forums so hello! and hello to everybody else! I'm a keen amateur boxer and take my weight very seriously, so hopefully I can pass some info on, and learn new stuff also.
