Newbie on Reductil

Heya All,
I´m on day 4 of 10mg Reductil. i have lost 1.5kg but i believe that this is just water weight, and that the ´fat´hasnt started to come off yet.
I have almost zero apetite, and only eat because my doctor has but my on a strict diet and she says it important to keep eating.
my diet is Low Carb
Breakfast -Low Fat Yogurt
Midmorning - Piece of Fruit
Lunch - Piece of lean beef / chicken / fish, grilled. + four half measure cups of four different vegetables
Mid-afternoon - Peice of Fruit
5pm - Low Fat Yogurt or Coffee with Milk
Dinner - repeat lunch or make a soup with the same ingredients
Up to one dessert spoon per day of Olive Oil or Light Margarine
Free Foods - Diet Jello, Diet Sodas, Black Coffee, Tea without Milk
i dont usually manage to eat all the foods on the list, and deviate with alcohol in the weekend (dont tell my Doc).
Side Effects -
1. sleeping very lightly and being extremely tired early in the morning when its time to get up. ... however i do feel Very alert when i do get going.
2. constipation. Since day 1!! not good
3. elevated heart rate. But its not so bad that i would consider not taking the pills.
4. Higher concentration levels for longer periods. sounds silly, but i feel like it makes me smarter!
5. Better mood in general
Well, that me so far.
What lacking is an excersize regime. I will start walking/running as soon as i get the time. August and September is a hectic 2 months for me.
My big question so far is, given that i am on a strict diet, what can i do to alleviate the constipation?

last post, i said i was on Day 4. was wrong - actually i was on day 5 already.
So today is Day 6.
seems as though just because i mentioned that i had no apetite what so ever, my appetite has returned. its no where near what it was, but i did have quite a few hunger pangs today.
i ate just a little more during my meals also.
I haven´t touched sugar/flour carbs since the day before i began reductil last thursday, and today was the first time i caught myself thinking about cakes etc. in reality it wasn´t a craving at all. i had seen some delicious looking cakes in a cafe i was in, and it was more the thought of the happiness that the food brings me when its in my mouth, and the sensation of eating sweet foods (the flavour, texture, smell, etc) that i wanted. it wasn´t a chemical craving at all.
