:( no difference with Reductil....so far,helpppppppp

hello im also using Reductil 10 mg for last 14 days, and i am noticing not a minor weight loss:( im 32 female and weigh 65 kg, i need to reduce 5 kg. plz tell me what shud i do. i cant take exercise. tell me sum medicine. why reductil not working on me ??
