am a few months on now and can tell you I have now lost 3 and a half stone (49 pds)...WHOOP, I have kicked in some exercise a few months back but the difference to my health and general well being is staggering, I've now gone down 4 dress sizes and can walk without pain, stairs are no problem anymore and visually I guess I'm a different person. My blood pressure is no longer a problem and is now down to a normal level, the side benefits from losing the weight is immense, this time I'm losing weight for health reasons instead of aesthetic (although that's always a plus).
The side effects that I've had... I would say the worst (and it will happen) is severe constipation, I would recommend taking laxatives if you haven't had any movement by the end of day 2, I went to the docs on day 12....(yes it gets that bad) and the laxatives advice was from my doc, she also advised me to eat dried fruit.. it did work... I have since had new symptoms although I don't know if they're related, nausea eating stuff that never effected me before and nausea on smells that no one else can smell. The feeling of not having a stomach went after a couple of weeks. I am finding I'm not so reliant on the tablets these days but I am still regularly losing weight.

Hi there, not heard of zenslim but I've heard others refer tio it as subutramine which is actually reductil
I couldn't start exercising till month 2 I was far too overweight, walking to the bus stop was too painful, however now msot days I walk 7 miles. I give myself 3 days off most weeks from the exercise though.
10mg is normal but the doc will actually up the dose to 15mg if its not working by month 3. I think they expect you to lose 5% of your body fat. I have a regular weight loss of 7lbs a month which is the best way to lose it, I;ve heard of people losing 9 and 10 lbs on the 1st week but that didn't happen to me so don't be disheartened if it doesn't happen to you. Don't be tempted to weigh yourself every day that will only get you depressed as your weight will fluctuate day by day. Get weighed once a month only, if you're cutting out fats then you WILL be guarunteed to lose weight.
Good luck if you want any tips or help lemme know.. shortysouter@hotmail.com
