I personally believe in the help of Acai Berries. i mean i exercised and switched up my diet (to a mild degree). But including this help me alot. I used to a bit of a drinker. But drinks containg acai berry helped expell alot of the garbage i was consuming. and with my body cleaner it made me feel better and even want to be more active. And it seems they're coming up with new advancements in weightloss all the time using these wonderful berries. i recommend incorporating some sort of acai berry into your diet. I used a product called Maximum Acia Berry Extreme for men.

I will definitely need to check out some of the programs including the berries to see what tested results there may be...
I have also found that purely cutting back on foods that are 'Ready to Go' - you know those easy microwave, throw in the oven for 10 minutes, etc. The processing of these foods include incredients that I can not even pronounce, not sure how I expect my body to process them. There have even been alot of studies that I have found (from all those people with letters of all kinds after their names) show that the body really doesn't know how to process them and can actually promote obesity, and some of these foods are promoted to be 'Good for us'.
Not saying that I am completely going away from these foods, as we all know there are days that we just don't have the time, but I am trying to spend a little more time on the weekends to prep enough food for the week.
Sincerely, George
