Food finds!

Aloha, weight-loss buddies!
I'm a newcomer to this forum but I want to be part of the large weight-loss community. I really need help, so the more often I renew my commitment, with new partnerships, the better.
I think it's helpful to know about things in the market that can assist us in making lower-calorie eating a natural part of life. To me, a "food find" is something that, when you eat it, you don't feel like you're sacrificing good taste.
My food find for today is Flatout Bread. I am loving this flatbread, and yes it's available online. Use the links from the main site:
flatoutbread.com/movie.html
These are about 100 calories but can be high enough in fiber to knock it down to 1 Weight Watcher point. They're GREAT for thin-crust pizza, yielding a nice big single serve for something like 200 calories, if you go easy on the low-fat cheese topping. Check them out!
And welcome to all other "food-finders" who want to share!

Good idea
I'm new here as well, but I feel I can contribute to this topic.
Not everyone likes this one, but Nori or seaweed has very low calories and is high in protein! You can get flavored nori from asianfoodgrocer.com The only downside is they are high in sodium. I love these things and snack on them instead of chips.

Of course I am also new like you. I do agree lower-calorie eating is a natural part of life. We can reduce weight staying with nature and natural foods. I doubt whether flat out bread can help you to reduce body weight or not?
