Hi there.Hope we can all get to know each other really well.
Found this really interesting article on how to drop 59 pounds and 8 dress sizes while still enjoying tasty fat burning foods.
Its a way of losing weight naturally rather than using drug induced weight loss products, with nasty side effects.Which can be disasterous for you long term health.
While the concept of eating healthy food and exercise is not a new idea for some people knowing how to combine the right foods and
types of exercise to successfully burn fat seems to allude them.

Ambushed by intimidating shelves of weight loss pills, supplements and products; consumers are discouraged and bewildered.

Confronted with traditional dieting, super-fast diets and inflated celebrity endorsements; weight loss hopefuls look to weight loss pills for a solution.

Although diet pills have proven successful for some, eager consumers need to be aware that there is no healthy, overnight solution for weight loss.  Health experts strongly encourage individuals to enjoy a healthy diet, regular exercise and adequate sleep.

I am a physician who is involved in direct marketing of a thermogenic compression garment that delivers what most people want to achieve, which is to drop 2 - 3 dress sizes instantaneously.  It is called body magic.  It was developed by an orthopedic surgeon, a plastic surgeon and a medical scientist to promote lipotransformation.  What it does is it creates pressure around the midsection of the body which is the stomach area where brown "fat" cells are loosely compacted.  In doing so, it breaks down the fatty deposits and pushes them into the lymphatic tissue of the abdominal region where they are reabsorbed into the circulation and cleared either through the large intestines or through the kidney.  Wearing the garment more than 4 hours per day result in permanent weight reduction through reshaping of the midsection area.  This concept has been practiced during the medieval times when women were forced to wear body-shaping corsets made of metal and bone that would abnormally produce very thin waistlines for women of that era.  While that custom was "painful" during those times, this body magic is not at all uncomfortable because it conforms to the natural body shape of the individual wearing it.
You would probalby think that this is a gimmick.  Well, my husband and I thought so too until we researched it extensively and felt it was worth looking into in the light of the company's 30 day full refund policy.  Once we wore the garments, we were sold!

Hi!

I really agree with the need of changing your Life Style.
Temporary diets only work if you want to lose a few pounds.

Learning about nutrition and how your body works is the best
way to change your life and Really start loosing weight!

Here are some Myths I found in a report:

MYTH 1: Diets Don't Work

When is the last time you saw a starving person look like Luciano Pavarotti? It doesn't happen.

If you reduce what you eat, you'll lose weight. It's true that you might plateau after you reduce what you eat, but that won't last. Stick with it and you'll drop the pounds.

MYTH 2: Eating 2-3 Meals A Day Will Drop The Pounds

Nope, not very often. Most people think snacking is what packs on the pounds, but it really isn't. It's more about what you eat. Actually, eating only 2-3 meals a day can screw up your metabolism and make it harder to lose the weight you want to lose. Eating more often (but not more total calories in a day) can speed up your metabolism and help you drop pounds.

MYTH 3: _______ Foods Make You Gain Weight

The most common way to fill in that blank these days is to say carbs make you gain weight. But that's simply not true. What makes you gain weight is eating too much for your activity level. It's that simple. There is no magic food that's good or bad. Too many calories is what's bad.

So now you know the truth. Not too complicated, right?

But there's a solution... LEARN HOW TO EAT AND NATURALLY LOSE WEIGHT

Weight loss ultimately comes down to a negative calorie balance.

There are so many factors that act independently or together to help you add pounds or make it difficult for you to lose weight.  Aging exacerbates most of them.  Just to list a few concerns that I've researched - insulin sensitivity, leptin sensitivity, basal metabolic rate, hormone levels, thyroid functions, carbohydrate absorption (fiber), serotonin levels in your brain, fat cell management and dietary fats, and pancreatic enzymes - particularly the lipase enzyme.  Each of these have an effect on weight loss.

Don't restrict yourself too much because once your body gets used to eating so few calories, you won't be able to eat any less to maintain the weight loss journey. Start by restricting 100 calories for every 12 pounds you lose... And don't overdue the workouts either. An hour a day is plenty. You need room to increase your exercise program as you get fitter.

GARYANDMARISHA the so called "physician" shame on you!!
"a thermogenic compression garment that delivers what most people want to achieve, which is to drop 2 - 3 dress sizes instantaneously"
This means this product makes you sweat your butt off, losing water weight, which is easily maintained TIL YOU DRINK A GLASS OF WATER.
"the midsection of the body which is the stomach area where brown "fat" cells are loosely compacted"
ALSO INCORRECT! For a "physician" you surely do not know your anatomy! Two types of fat in the abdominal area: Visceral fat which is hidden deep under muscle and surrounds the organs and Subcutaneous fat, which is what is hiding our six packs.  There are no brown fat cells loosely compacted.
I am so tired of scam artists and "witch doctors" selling useless and/or harmful products!

You do not need any products, just proper nutrition and proper exercise (not every type of exercise works grate with a given nutrition plan). I dont use fat burning thermogenic products with my clients. i use it only in some hardcore situations with bodybuilders, but nobody wants to reach 6% bf. This bullshit products doctors from magazines and internet advice are just the stupidest things i have ever seen.
I am coaching online and i never use thermogenics with my clients because there is no need for such things.

So, if you want to lose belly fat, what should you do? Firstly, you will need to exercise. And a feeble 30 or 40 minutes of cardio in your so-called fat-burning zone two or three times a week isn't going to be enough. As you've learned, a full-body training program that includes both cardiovascular and resistance exercise will deliver better, faster results.

1. Drink water Water is quite possibly the single most important catalyst in losing weight and keeping it off longer term. Water acts as an appetite suppressant by keeping your stomach full and fending off dehydration which can lead to false cravings/hunger. Water also helps your body metabolize stored fat by helping the kidneys flush out waste. When you don't drink enough water the liver which works to provide stored fat for energy helps the kidneys eliminate waste and becomes less effective at metabolizing fat. Drinking water ice cold burns about 62 calories a day. Your body has to work to raise that waters temperature to your body's temperature. This equals around 430 calories per week. 2. Eat regularly This means eating 5 times a day and the most important meal is breakfast. Make sure you fuel your body first thing in the morning to avoid hunger pangs later in the day. When you eat 5 times a day you will never feel hungry, make sure the total calories consumed are sensible and don't over eat in any of the meals learn portion size control!
