Chambao, girl... you are not overweight.
You have a NORMAL, HEALTHY weight.
In my opinion that is the reason nothing works... your body doesn't want to lose weight because it is just fine!
I know it is hard when you can't accept yourself, but now you're so young. Way to young to be worried about your weight like this. Enjoy your young body and have as much fun as you can.
What you are doing is fine, exercise is great, focus on your health instead of on those stupid numbers. :)

Only thing i can think of is doing exercise focussing on the inner legs. Most woman who have that "hole" are way to skinny to be healthy.
You know most guys don't like that hole, right? =) They like healthy women

I have found a site that sells some shakes that have helped me drop 27 lbs. in the last 2 months. The shakes taste pretty good too.

I lost my weight by doing a shake to replace my breakfast and my lunch everyday with once cheat day and then having a normal dinner. I really like it, maybe you will as well.

Consider going on a raw food diet. You will certainly lose weight if you eat a mostly raw food diet. I used to eat healthy as a vegan, and I still lost weight when I went raw. So if you're actually overweight then, It's impossible to not lose the weight.

Combine a raw food diet with some exercise, and I would bet my life that you would reach whatever your weight goal is. You have to have a plan and really stick to it, because a raw food diet is not really something you can just wing. If you're unorganized and not prepared then you will probably succumb to eating unhealthy food. But the good thing is that it's not so complicated. Essentially, the one thing you have to do is eat mostly raw food. You can make lots of delicious meals if you have the recipes and stick to it. If you're interested in going raw, do some more research and check out my raw food diet review blog at rawfoodland.com

Chambao,

The best thing you can do for your body is exercise and eat healthy. If you exercise and build muscle you will get that whole between your legs. If I am reading into your post correctly it seems that you want to look lean. Did you know that you can look leaner and healthier and carry more weight. I recently lost over 80 pounds and I am now training to show in a figures show. I now weight 140 pounds. Since I have been training I have actually put on weight but it has been muscle and I look leaner and healthier now. I just think you need to exercise and you will be surprised at how your body will change.

You don't get much more than fat, calcium, and protein from dairy products; all of which help you accumulate weight. You might try cutting them completely. By completely I mean things like Xanthum Gum too.... which is a thickening agent made from whey (milk protein). Xanthum Gum is in a lot of places you would never think dairy would be. Other than that, I would suggest to quit worrying about your weight so much when you are perfectly average....become a pefectionist of being yourself and not what society tells us to be....

Being a vegetarian does not help you lose weight and fasting only puts your body in starvation mode. Protein does not put on fat. It feeds your muscles. The more muscle you have to more calories your body burns and then the calories are not stored as fat. The trick to protein powder is picking a good one. They are not all full of fillers. You want to have a strong body to support your joints. Dieting does not work! Feed your muscles with clean whole foods. The trick I use is to try to stay away from eating anything that has a label. Lean meats, vegies, and fruit.

Just exercise will not help you to lose weight, you should be strict on your diet which will play an important role in losing weight, your diet should be high in protein, fiber, vitamins and other nutrients, avoiding junk foods, fast foods, soft drinks is really important, having healthy food regularly will help you to lose lots of weight.

I try to stay away from foods that have a label. I eat mostly whole foods. Anthony is right. Diet plans a major role. But exerciser is important too.

I've struggled for years to lose weight. I've tryed the " do-it yourself "guides. And only gained frustration. I've searched all my resources and educated my self greatly and nothing ever helped. Some people need a personal trainer or I call them a nutrition coach. Somebody to look at your lifestyle and design a nutrition plan with workout routines and GUARANTEE that it will work.
Check out this web site where I learned how to truely BURN that FAT away. www.theweightloser.weebly.com

You need to start consuming fiber fruits, such as apples, oranges, pears among others.
These fruits contain fiber which tend to expand the stomach leaving less room for other foods. When you feel full, you eat fewer calories and smaller quantities.
