Hello everyone. I just thought I would open up a discussion on a topic I think personally is of concern. What is really a healthy diet?
All those detox style eat only this diets do more harm than good in the long run and from a good healthy eating plan to a strict schedule of when and what to eat you can pretty much take a bite into anything and make it a diet of some form.
Personally I believe in the idea of eating healthy and not following a strict plan for food. What about you people?
Even my Nutritionist friends say that you shouldn't be forcing yourself into the meal enforced diets.

In my opinion I feel that when making any change the results rely on the individuals daily habits. Our daily habits will determine whether we meet our overall health goals. There are so many diets and programs out there but the reason why so many of us fail is because of our habits. We start off with major goals and when our plan starts to interfere with the convenience of our lives we stop and revert back to old habits. Success is not convenient! This cycle happens to most people. The ones who are able to meet their goals are the ones that create good habits and become a slave to them. They become convenient in the inconvenience. Its easy to be a slave to old habits because we are comfortable with those habits. The process of starting, growing, changing and then finishing is the process we are trying to eliminate in thinking there is a quick fix to overall health. There is no quick fit to overall health. Overall health is developed through the change of our negative lifestyle habits that affect our health. By creating new positive lifestyle habits we are able to start the process in achieving our overall health goals. Figure out your goal, create a plan to achieve that goal. Put the plan in action and stay a slave to the habits that will guide you to the goal that you have created.
