Weight loss for cheap

Hey guys. I was wondering.. Do you HAVE to eat nutritious to lose weight? I read somewhere once that its all about getting out of your bad habits, and making yourself more productive and in turn that makes you lose weight. Any tips?

Well.. losing weight can be tough. Most of the diet industry doesn't want you to lose the weight.. or else they are out of a customer. Most of the "diet pills" don't really work.. So you keep looking for more.
With all the money I was spending on fast food and junk that I didn't need, I more than paid for my fitness program and I eat really healthy. I eat lots of fruits, vegtables, and frest meats.
