Ok so i've given up on ever finding Phentermine so i'm looking for alternatives.
First, the HCG drops... the reviews seem great but you have to restrict yourself to a 500 cal diet. How does that work? How can you NOT feel hungry on that? That's putting me off a little bit. Maybe anyone who has tried it can explain what it's all about? And please real reviews... NO salesman with a link at the end of the post!!!

Now, proactol.... i know it's a fat binder but does it suppress your appetite too? Anyone had any success on this?

Finally, Hoodia... is it even worth it?

Looking for any help i can get from actual people struggling with weight (like me), not people looking to advertise a certain website! Thanks

Please read the articles on these websites before you try HCG. I know some people that put their faith in the HCG diet, and became very ill from malnutrition as a result. It is NOT safe!
The Government is now in the process of getting all that fraudulent stuff off the market, and it's about time!

hi sidd,

in regards to hcg:  the 1st phase of the diet is called the loading phase.  in this 2 day phase you are to gorge on fattening food till the point you cannot eat one anymore.  this will help sustain your energy and hunger when you enter phase 2.  i believe this is very important.  i am not a very big eater so i had a hard time doing phase 1.  i was a bit hungry the 1st week in phase 2.  my friends who did the gorge correctly did not experience this.

there are some hcg companies that allow you to do a  higher calorie intake of 1200 calories a day.  however, i did the 500 calorie diet.

if you do feel hungry, drink more water.  on the diet you consume large amount of water every day anyway.  the water helps to flush the fat from your body.

if you have any other questions regarding hcg you can send me a pm or a reply to this post and i will be happy to answer with my experience on the diet.

good luck on your weight lose journey.
regards

Hey Brae164,

Don't you EVER give up on your shameless "testimonial" promotion of that dangerous fraud HCG diet?

The FDA may only be targeting some companies that make the HCG diet junk at the moment, but their goal is to get it ALL off the market.

I KNOW people that tried it and DID get sick from malnutrition on it. One of them passed out and had to be taken to the emergency room.

So please, find something better to do with your time than promote dangerous diet frauds that make people sick!

as you can see roadrunner, i did not have any link to any site in this post so i am obviously not promoting anything in this post.  the poster was asking for information from someone who has done the diet.  all i was trying to do was to provide them with some information in regards to my experience on the diet.

again, i am truly sorry about your friends misfortune on hcg.  i am not trying to discard their horrible experience on the diet.  although i am curious as to why they continued doing the diet to the point of passing out?some people would consider the health benefits of losing weight actually outweigh the risks.
Such a weight loss can rapidly improve obesity-related medical conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
if you look around on this site, there are many people who have done hcg and feel the same as i do about it.enjoy your day

Yes, but you only stopped posting that link to the fraud HCG diet company after I called you on it!
And if people look up your profile, they see a link where you are calling that dangerous HCG scam a miricle!
I will be SOOOOO happy when the FDA gets ALL the worthless HCG diet scam junk off the market and starts taking action against the so-called weight loss clinics that push it.

All she did was give out information on her experience with the diet.  You are WAY out of line Road Runner.  That is what this forum is for, for us to share our experiences with diets. Sid asked for some help and Brae was kind enough to take the time to share her knowledge with him.  If it bothers you that much, then dont come here.  Easy as that.
