HCG Injections

I realize that injections are not pills, but anyone with experience on HCG injection diet? I've been seeing lots of ads for it in mags and wonder. I just googled it and found a site selling kits, but it also says you have to eat only 500 calories a day while on it. I would argue if you eat only 500 cals a day, you're going to lose weight regardless of injections. Anyone with experience?

yes i agrre i had the injrctions i dont think its all thay effective i think its good for other things.
