reductil and atkins

Have yesterday started Reductil 10mgs, coupled with Atkins. I have problems losing weight due to disablement. Having Atkins shake breakfast and lunch, 2 atkins bars as snacks and steak and salad for tea, need to lose 3stones hoping this will work. Not hungry which is great, will know if it's working nxt week when doctor weighs me, has anyone else tried this combination and if so how succcesful was it.All input graetfully recieved.
