Ruby-- I appreciate your perspective, but have to agree with Sugar that many of us are not in a position to go to a clinic. Maybe we've lost the weight already and just need to keep it off. The clinics don't like girls that only fluctuate 20lbs or so. So, we are forced to bann together and find sources ourselves.

Us skinny bitches and 'boney relics' ( my favorite---thanks FoP) have to stick together. We've been turned away by doctors and clinics and we can't pull off a face to face. So what do we do?

I agree with DeeBee! I went through hell to get where I am and a face to face won't work for me b/c I'm not "fat" enough anymore. What's a girl to do?

I remember being a "skinny bitch" and ohhhhhh how I miss it...  It sounds like so many of us have been successful using phentermine intermittently to dissuade weight gain once we've attained our goal.  Why aren't there more studies supporting weight loss CONTROL with medication?  The pros far outweigh the cons when considering all the disease that is instigated by an unhealthy weight.  Hopefully when Dr. B is up and running, nationwide studies supporting this evidence will start to be published.  I wonder if we could conduct our own clinical trial?  Any epidemiologists out there?

Thanks for this list...I get calls from a few of these from out of the blue sometimes. I keep wondering how they got my home phone #!

Watch out for "pharmacies" calling you and trying to sell you phen over the phone. It sounds like that is becoming rather common, and who knows who is at the end of the other line!

Thanks again, Sugar to all who 'donated' their hard earned money to add a name to this list....scammers.  Makes so angry to look at this list and realize how much I've lost on scams, and to see a list and all those who gave names....depressing...but hang in there.

My sister told me that she got a call from some "pharmacy" trying to sell her stuff a few weeks back. She said that the call was to her cell phone, which is a number she never gives out so she knew it wasn't legit. Once actually answered and she told them that she was not interested she said they started calling her every couple of hours from about 8 am to 4pm for the next couple of days. When she contacted ATT she said the guy she spoke with told her they believe that these people are "pinging" numbers off of cell towers and just calling people randomly. He told her that the most she could do is not answer..... Kind of scary to think this can be done. But I guess that is all part of the information age....   

Thank you SO much for that list.  Fullrxmeds.com is another one that sent me lame fakes, but I doubt they're around anymore.  Re: these awful calls we get, I try to ignore like we all do, but then it just gets so infuriating.  So sometimes when I need to blow off some steam or I'm waiting in traffic w/ no one around, I pick up the phone and just scream "WHAAT?????!!!  YOU WANT WHAAT???", just totally looney-tunes, and unless I'm imagining things, i swear that # never calls me again.
