Anyone get chills when taking phen? In the morning (I take my pill around 7am) I'm sweating like a pig. Around 2pm I start getting chills the rest of the day. Chills to the point that I get goosebumps.
Normal side effect? Anyone know what causes it?

Yes, have been going through that lately too...
Last night I was so cold that I could not sleep,
Before I had hot flashes and couldnt stand it...now this.
Ugh.

Hmmm, Me too! I get really hot just after taking them and then freeze at night.I have to heat up my matress pad at night even in the summer! Phen or maybe hormones??
Oh heavens not me I am hot, hot, hot all the time but of course I also have the hormone issues. I have heard once you get through all this menoupase stuff you cool down again. But I have not been cold at all on phen. I would say if you are above 35yrs old it very likely could be hormones. I started perimenoupase at 38yrs I am 42yrs now and have all kinds of stuff happening (I have been told this can last for 10-15yrs, oh joy). Also if you have had kids in the last couple of years that can play havoc on your hormones as well. I love being a women:))))
I guess it's not really chills as in I get cold. I get these weird sensations that show up as goosebumps on my arms. I'm still boiling hot - especially in the morning. The goosebump chills start more in the early afternoon and come on every couple of minutes.
Not to alarm you but google serotonin syndrome one of the symptoms is goosebumps here are all the symptoms-
[*]Agitation or restlessness
[*]Confusion
[*]Rapid heart rate
[*]Dilated pupils
[*]Loss of muscle coordination or twitching muscles
[*]Heavy sweating
[*]Diarrhea
[*]Headache
[*]Shivering
[*]Goose bumps
Fortunately I haven't had any of the other symptoms.
I'm going to keep a close on on this for a couple of days though. Thank you for posting.

I haven't had that side effect. But then again, the heat index where I live was 115, I believe today. Hot and humid - it was horrible. Would love to have a cold flash about now!!!!
In fact I really haven't had much side effects - I am constantly thursty though.
