Got Dr. B and Y but have ?

I know who Dr. B. is (even though he can't do much for me now) and figured out Y. My question, is anyone better than Y or is it just luck of the draw as to how each source turns out on each order you place. I just want to know if it would be worth doing the research and work to figure out C or M (or any of the others) or if should just go with Y since I have his information?

Not asking for specific information, just asking your opinion on which one you like the best.

Ah, so close, too. C and Y are agents from the same place--
and by reading, they both are not responding very well nor are they addressing the people who've been waiting for months nor are they correcting problems--it seems as though those problems are more prevolent than just hearing one good story.
