I called every day since Monday requesting my $ back, emailed, and live chatted to the same effect.. I have many well documented correspondences which detail their promises for a refund if, upon arrival, I am dissatisfied.
So, the package arrived today. Blister packs of ten, Phen. 37.5, white with blue specks, A 159 stamps and all.. Very brittle, has a slight bitter taste, so I took one: Nothing. Took another half, just to be sure: Still nothing..
Called customer support, furious that I KNEW this would happen and requested $ back DAYS ago.. They tell me I have to wait until the ETA time frame has elapsed to get my refund.. Obviously, their scam is taking money, collecting interest for a certain amount of days and then giving it back to the people who don't fall prey to their "reshipment offer"..
The guy who helped me was nice.. I cried, telling him that my husband was going to yell at me when he got home, and that had an effect.. There is NO REASON I should have to WAIT for my damn money back!
The only thing that is making me feel better is that I have a small shipment from M en route..
Please, no-one use www.licensed-rx.com.. This is so unfair..

Windmill, what is the site's "reshipment offer?"  They want to reship more fake pills?  I noticed on their site that they sell herbal Phen...is this what you bought?

Don't feel left out, especially because you're new. New people come here every week and are welcomed to the forum (unless they're jerks, like you mentioned).
If you want to, try getting involved in conversations. Anyone can jump in. You say you wanted to share information - share away! It's a two way street and you're more likely to stumble upon some helpful info if you put yourself out there. That's my two cents! Good luck. 

I agree with Baglady.  Jump into the conversations.  I know people direct newbie's to the Newbie guide, but there is soooo much information in there.  You can also do a search by some of the acronymns and you will find info.  Hang in there and don't give up on the forum.

No, I ordered Phen 37.5, 90ct., generics.. Every time I was about to get off the phone, they read this script, like, "I know you are upset, ma'am, but I see that you ordered the generic. I would like to offer you a complimentary reship of the brand name, Adi..."
I was so frustrated! No, I said, just give me my money back and I will go away.. I want nothing more to do with this company!
I have been asking for my money back since Monday, I got  my product on Friday, and now I have to wait until next Thursday before a refund can be initiated? How is that legal business practices? Its not, and they know it..
When I threatened them with a police report, which I was going to send to Homeland Security because I believed this company was a front which supported terrorism, they immediately filled my refund.. But even with my refund being filled today, they told me it takes 14 days to process!
Should I go to the bank and file a dispute? My bank told me it would take approx. 3-4 days to get my money back.. But, will this make the company not cooperate with the process? Try to fight me since I actually have the product? I have emails documenting their customer support telling me to accept the product and that a refund would be issued in full if I was not satisfied..
I appreciate any first-hand knowledge offered.. I am so mentally exhausted from fighting with this scummy company..

Windmill - it doesn't matter if the company doesn't want to cooperate. The credit card issuer will (*should*) refund your money, and then they go to the merchant to get their money back. Call the bank and tell them what the company is saying about it taking 14 days to process the refund and ask them what you should do. They deal with this stuff every day and should have best advice.

After I threatened licensed-rx.com with a police report and Homeland Security, they to agreed to my refund instead of telling me to call back after the ETA for the shipping had expired.. They then told me the refund would take 14 days to process..
Feeling like I had a modicum of success, I called my bank (I used my bank card) to let them know about the refund coming through.. I ended up canceling this visa card earlier in the week out of fear this company would misuse my information.. I was concerned that, since the card was canceled, the refund coming through would get lost.. The canceled card is not a problem as long as the bank account attached to it is still opened.. However, the woman at the bank was *floored* when I told her it would take 14 days to process.. I was so embarrassed.. 
I called licensed-rx.com back, telling them that my bank told me that they suspected their company of fraudulent practices because this process should take no more than four days.. They said that they were not lying; their process takes 14 *business* days.. That means I won't see my money for about a month! I told them that they left me no choice but to go file a dispute.. SO, the guy asked, "You want me to stop this refund status, then?" LOL! No, I told him..
You will not believe what he said next....
"Ma'am, I understand that you are upset about the poor quality of this medication.. I see that you have been shipped generics.. We would like to offer you a complimentary reshipment...." Blah, blah, blah! Here I am, crying, and this a**hole is trying to send me MORE chalk! Unbelievable..

Msgravy, you don't have to worry about posting wrong. No one is perfect. I didn't realize you were worried about an order. From your post it just sounded like you were unhappy about something else.
I don't have experience with shipments from India. I do know that things sent from overseas don't have the best reputation, though. I hope it works out for you.
