I received the K25 and they're working really well for me.  Making sure to take it on an empty stomach gets better results.  I've also found if I take it too early in the morning, I eat a lot at night.  So I've tried waiting until around 11:00, and I can tell the difference once I've taken it.
I'd like to try Tenuate next, though so I'm doing my research.

Yes - I eat around 6 or 7 a.m. a small breakfast.  then I take it around 10 or 11 and the effect seems to last longer especially during the evening "munchie" hours.
I also tend to build a tolerance to them, so I try not to take them on weekends.

I got K27's from yguy and they have been doing a pretty good job for me. Not as good as mp273's, but they have been ok as I have lost 18 pounds in the past 2 months on them and have had no side effects.

I take back all my K25 doubts. I think I expected never to be hungry, which is unrealistic to say the least. Over the course of my first 30 days I think I lost somewhere in the neighborhood of 18 pounds. For month two, I want to do things a little more healthfully than I did in month one, but it's a start. I still have a long way to go, but even this much has made a huge difference for me.
