OT: Colon Cleanse

Hi Pam,
How were your cleanse results? Would you recommend it? I tried the MC a few years ago before I had tried phen and was starving and only stuck with it for 4 or 5 days.

I remember reading up on just taking the cayenne capsules instead of breaking them open and mixing them in and recall reading they could burn your bum on the way out haha! Ouch!!! Is that the case?

Have you found a weekly cleanse to be effective? Does it help with your weight loss or are you just maintaining? How much V8 do you typically consume during your 24 hr cleanse? Do you space it apart or just sip on it all day? Do you water it down? Are you constantly on the pot or is this something you could do on a work day?

Hey brr............
I did make the cleanse up and drank about half of it, when I had to stop, because of a family emergency...So, therefore, i did not get the full effects...
I really want to buy a cleanser.....
