i wanna change my habbit of going to bed late.

can i take ambien while on phen?

is it dangerous? ive taken ambien when i was on

phenimetrazine before and it worked fine.

just would like to know if there are others who took

ambien while on phen

I have and my doctor knew about it, if anything it will help you sleep.

Oh my goodness love, please, please, please go see a doctor! Just like all the other meds Ambien is also habit forming and in the long run won't help you develop good sleep habits.
You can take them together, I often take a half a night, but I know what I should be doing is taking less phen. But I am not have the same worrying symptoms you mentioned in your previous post and my current BMI is in the "overweight" category not below underweight.
I can see the Weight Loss Forum being laid bare on an episode of Intervention soon....Gah!

Seriously - get a Dr opinion - I have taken them together but only under Dr supervision and like Smith said - it's habit forming - so ambien/lunesta should only be taken temporarily.
