I just wonder if it is one of those computer programs that lets you see what you would look like after 50 lbs or so?
The other photos look like something I have seen on bariatric websites..I'm just sayin.

My ex-wife did bariatric surgery.  While I suppose it's possible to take Phen after that, typically the patient would never need to.  Having a tiny stomach means you're full after very little food.  However, there is a small percentage of people who manage to out-eat that treatment, stretching their 'new' stomach out to the point they begin overeating and gaining weight again.  My ex is years past the surgery now, and has been able to keep the weight off (without any pills, but has had to work hard to maintain the same eating habits so she doesn't slowly gain all the weight back).  Went from about 320 down to 160 or so.  Pretty amazing surgery, but not everyone is open to the idea of surgery.  Like all those types of weight loss surgeries, there are various side effects and possible complications. Everyone is different, just like with pills.

Thanks for the info. I don't think i'd ever consider the bariatric surgery. I would do the lapband if my husband allowed me to but even that would make me nervous with having a porthole coming out of my body.
