Hi all!
From 1999 – 2001 I lost roughly 250 pounds taking a supplement called AM300. In addition to other herbal support is contained an herbal ECA stack. Seeing as no similar product containing an ECA stack worked for me (like Metabo-life) I have decided to recreate the same supplement as the AM300. I have listed the ingredients below if some of you wanted to try the entire mix – or just for reference regarding an herbal ECA. I’ll will keep you posted once I get the stuff here and start ironing this out.

The three elements of the ECA stack are in bold.

This is all per 1 pill. Dosage is 1 pill per 100 lbs. of body weight per day. The weight of some of the herbal support elements is unknown. As such I will likely be taking 1/3 of the daily recommended per pill.

Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) (45mg) - A naturally occurring compound that helps in the treatment of osteoporosis, insomnia, nervousness, hemophilia, & irregular heartbeat.

Selenium - Known to aid high blood pressure, PMS, and memory. (24mcg)

Echinacea (root/aerial part) - A blood purifier, it helps build up the supply of large white blood cells. Also, improves resistance to viral, fungal and bacterial infections, & can aid in prostate health.

Siberian Ginseng (root) - Stimulates mental and physical vigor & also has shown to improve mental alertness, learning ability, increased performance & stamina, & have anti-fatigue effects.

White Willow (bark) - Helps insomnia, reduces pain, and is an anti-inflammatory, it is also shown to help act as a calming nerve sedative with no after effects. Also, works as a natural disinfectant.

Cayenne (fruit) - Stimulates circulation, useful in sinus and respiratory ailments, helps the digestive system. Also, builds the body's resistance, normalizes high or low blood pressure, * improves metabolism.

Ginkgo Biloba (leaf) - Antioxidant, increases circulation, reduces premature memory loss and senility.

Great information on ECA stacks can be found at bodybuilding.com - You can use willow bark instead of aspirin too - I find it more effective. Also, as with any stack to get the best result out of it - cycle it - meaning use it on for 3 weeks and off for 1 week per month.

I finally tried the ECA stack. Didn't give me the jitters too much but for me anyway it is not as powerful as phen. For me I think it would be a good thing to use as far as weight maintenance after attaining goal weight from the use of phen. I don't think the ECA stack would be strong enough to curve my appetite for the entire day, just some of the day.

I just did my first day on the ECA stack.  I went to Wal-Mart.  They did not have Bronkaid but the had Primatene tablets.  It was $8 for 60 tablets.  I already had the Jet Alert and I took some of my hubby's baby aspirin that he takes for his heart.
To answer my own previous question, no they did not ask me any questions.  I just had to show my drivers license and sign something.
The only thing I think I did wrong was I only took one Primatene with one Jet Alert & one baby aspirin in the morning and again in the afternoon.  If I understand correctly, I should be taking 2 Primatene each time, right?
Is the Ephedrine an appetite supressant or just a stimulant?  The reason I ask is because I did feel pretty wired even with only taking one 12.5 mg tablet.  I'm no stranger to the caffeine tablets but they have never made me feel like this.  As far as my appetite goes, I'm not sure.  I did wolf 2 large sloppy joes down this evening but I did manage to keep out of the mint brownies they had a work today.  Tomorrow I'll try it again only I'll take 2 Primatene tablets.  Wish me luck.

Both - it's a stimulant, and stimulants are used for their appetite-suppressing qualities. If you're used to other stims (like caffeine and Phentermine), though, than you might not notice much appetite suppression.

Maybe it didn't do much for me because I have asthma and am already use to medications similar to Primatene, but the Primatene is a big source of the jitters.

Couldn't find primatine so used generic allergy pills ""Wal-Phed" with 60 mg pseudoephedrine.  Will this work instead? Is "pseudoephdrine" the same as what's in primatine, etc? I had to get these by signing my name; they are behind the counter and considered a controlled substance here (Midwest, USA).

Well, who wouldn't be getting benefitted by controlled rugs?

I have been doing this for three weeks now and gained 5 crappy pounds while waiting for "You know who GUY" to come through.  I get better results from drinking 5 hour energy drinks.  If it works for you....coodles.....

I tried this last August and it worked ok. I am back on it beginning today. I am at 202.5 pounds and I would like to get to 190. I have been stuck around 201-204 for the past few weeks and just can't seem to get below 200. I'm also lifting pretty heavily, so I tell myself it's muscle that's growing and not fat .
I am using:
Bronkaid (25mg)
No-Doz (200mg)
Ecotrin Enteric-Coated Aspirin (325mg)
I bought the Bronkaid at a CVS and I just had to give them my drivers license and sign something. No biggie.

How often can I buy the Bronkaid since they keep my info there? Once a month?
Today is my first day. I want to eliminate 10 pounds...
Thank you so much for the information!

Thinfast:
I'm pretty sure they won't really ding you if you bought more Bronkaid a month from now. I have bought a lot of pseudoephedrine when I was sick a few months ago from the same store and never got any trouble. I had lost TWO boxes of it within 3 weeks and I needed to go back and replace them. It's the only stuff that works for me.
