Hi,
For how many days are using Trim Spa? You will see results if you exercise as you should. The results can be with or without Trim Spa. This kind of pills suppress your appetite and give energy but they will not make you loose weight just by taking them.
Lots of people on this forum had good results with Trim.
Good luck.

I just got TrimSpa x32 EF from Wal-Mart yesterday (Feb 7th, 2005) and started them today. I'm 24 years old, 150 lbs. About 3 years so I was using xenadrine w/ Ephedria. At 5'7, I was then 156 and lost down to 130 lbs. at my skinniest. At the time I was active military (USAF) which has advantages and disadvantages. Advantage: free gym. Disadvantage started when the war did...12 hour shifts. (and shift work at that...7pm to 7 am...ouch) So needless to say the free gym wasn't used. I did gain about 10 lbs back. I finished my contract with active military and joined the Air national guard where I'm currently active duty. No free gym though....so I work out on a stability ball at home. (just started back into a routine) At any rate, I have no high expectations using trim spa alone...I also "slim fast" for morning breakfast and snacks. Sometimes I "slim fast' my lunch as well...sometimes I don't. I drink, A TOOOOOON of water everyday...I'm talking about a gallon. The trim spa has not yet made me feel jittery in anyway or overly anxious. No headaches or stomachaches. I did have a decreased appetite. My goal weight is 135-140 lbs. I expect that my metabolism has probably slowed down some since my last big weight loss in '01. I am a size 10 now and would love to get back into my size 6. I've heard good things about lipovarin as well, but had already bought trimspa prior. I'm going to use up the trimspa (which, by the way, I take 2 pills before breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and see how it goes. I'll keep y'all posted on the results. And good luck to all of you....from someone who knows how it feels to lose the weight, it really is rewarding.

I have offically been taking trim spa now for one week and I have lost 2 lbs. I am 148 lbs now. For me, this is something...two lbs in a week is big news since I only have 15 lbs to lose and I'd hit a plateau. I did notice my appetite has gone down quite a bit. I'll buy it again and keep you posted.

I just started using Trim Spa today. I was wondering what's the best time to take it before meals? And also, is it best to exercise before or after a meal?
One more thing ... does anyone feel a little nauseous after taking 2 tablets at a time? Just wondering. Thanks.

Walmart sells it for 17.98 a bottle... just incase you think the prices online are too high (i know i do!) Laughing

Actually wal-mart does sell it for 17.98 but it only has 30 capsule compare to the 60 capsules on the other online sites..so really it isn't a bargain after all because buying it at wal-mart you wil be spending about 36.00 for 60 capsules compare to 24.99 or maybe even less on the internet. It is good if you are only going to give it a try to see how effective it is. And walmart has in a red box instead of a bottle.

It is difficult to lose your pooch after having babies. My doctor told me it has something to do with the elasticity of your stomach. The more babies you have, the looser the elasticity becomes. I have three boys, and I still have my pooch Sad I have been going to Gold's Gym on and off. Every time I go, I ask a different trainer about my pooch. They recommended many exercises that will concentrate on my pooch only, but none of them worked. They said I may be stuck with it. You can try some exercises dedicated for the lower abs only or go for a tummy tuck or liposuction.

you fat bastards get off yyour butts and exercise. You just want to take a pill and lose weight. It may help but you need to eat properly and exercise.

unless you have every been severly overweight or had a baby and a full time job plus a spouse and other children, you have NO idea what is involved with taking time for oneself. The objective is not to take a magic pill and lose weight, but to find a catalyst to help us take time for ourselves which includes the time to eat properly and exercise. Sometimes it laziness, sometimes its just dedication to everyone and everything but ourselves.
Last year I had twins and am now 85 pounds overweight. It is hard to stay awake for my job much less my children, husband and school. So when you call pass judgement be sure you understand the position people are in that would put them in the mind set to need or want to take a pill!

I started taking TrimSpa for a while, but I am horrible at taking pills and I just felt that it made me jittery and stuff. A few weeks ago I left it alone and decided "I rather be fat and eat than live my whole life dieting and fighting temptations" then I saw my sister in law. I can't stand her, but she had been trying this patch for 3 1/2 weeks and she was losing weight. You don't understand, my sister-in-law is pretty large, lazy as I don't know what and eats nothing but take out. I couldn't believe it! She was losing weight and all she said she was doing is not drinking soda, and walking every once in a while. She was still eating the take out and I doubt she was sticking to a diet. And ofcourse I wasn't going to let her lose her weight before me. So I went bought the patch "Jen Fe" last week, ofcourse I am extremely motivated being that I m in competition with my sis-in-law, but so far it is actually working. I wake up with energy, my "personal" relationship with my husband has increased, I eat breakfast and I am good to go for the rest of the day. Maybe a snack here and there. I don't really work out just you know park far, use the stairs nothing too bad and it is still working. I have lost 6 lbs in 8 days. I guess the trick is drink a lot of water. I will let you guys know my progress. Good Luck!!!

You can go on nexagenusa.com/strongdefender and order it online. Its 10.00 cheaper online. It is the only thing that I can be proud of reccomending. If you decide to get on it let me know how it works on you. My email is Jenniqua27@yahoo.com.

My bad, I think its 69.95 online for 30 day supply. I bought it from a rep and paid 75.95 but its somewhere around that price range.
