some one help me my husband and i both are over weight my husband weighs about 320, and i about 180,neither one of us eat very much and we work out in the heat all day,some one please tell me what kind of foods help you speed up you motablism we are both in need please let me know somthing |

Ofcourse i need more detail from you. about your diet, excrcise. your sleeping time.
These are factors of over weight. You can find many good tips. Sometime it can be happen with out using pills .
More inforamtion from you, can help me to advice you. |

I was over weight and dealing with the same issue. I learned thru a lot of research that metabolisim along with other hormornal issues is the cause for a lot of weight gain, and the restricter of weight loss...

This product is awesome for speeding up the metabolisim in a healthy way. Its not too expensive either. ..Now I am trying to gain Muscle weight. Pretty sweet huh? Everyone is different but it worked for me and my father. He will be on here soon. |

| I find the easiest way to lose is not to tell myself I can't have anything in particular just moderation. If I want something sweet I have a smaller meal during the day or do an extra 20 minutes on the treadmill. I have been struggling with my weight for many years, I started my quest to lose weight about 7 years ago when I hit my lifetime high of 274!! I got down to 170 then put on almost 30 pounds after hurricane katrina ran us out of New Orleans now we are settled again finally (took long enough, I know) but I am down to 166 and would like to get down to about 150. Good Luck to both of you and remember don't ever tell yourself you can't do it because we all can it just isn't much fun or easy. |

I will not lecture you or tell you the same crap you have heard time and time again. I will guide to a method of weightloss that will work for you and yur situation. All I as is that you do this for atleast one other person.
You will figure it out with my guidance. My hope is that you will have a Zen experience and everything will fall into place for you.
We are in a horrible obesity epidemic. For many of you losing weight is a matter of life and death. I believe that I have a method that will work for alot of people.
I put forth no speudo-scientific theories. I simply will let you discover the facts and you will draw your own conclusions.
I am not sure how long this will take as I am still perfecting it.
As humans we are in a heap of trouble. If you are very overweight or obese I will do my best to help you. I can probably only work with 2 or three people. It will be hard mental work as you will be doing alot of theorizing and fact gathering. As to diet and excercise I will make very few suggestions. You will figure out what it right for you. All I will do is set some safety guidelines so that you don;t get sick or hurt yourselves.

Here is what is going on with the husband.
He is eating more than double what a normal man eats in order to maintain that weight.
Here are his numbers.
* Resting (basal) metabolic rate: 3448 calories per day
* Typical daily activities: 2006 calories per day
* Total calories burned: 5454 per day
He is eating nearly 5500 calories in order to maintain his 320 pounds. If he is doing stenuous work like roofing (he's probaly too big to do that)
he could be eating over 7000 aday
His wife is eating about 500 more a day than she should. Depending on her height if she drops 30 pounds she will be relatively healthy. She could safely do that in 8 months. She is eating in the 2700 calories range if she is very active.
They are under calculating how much they think they are eating. |

Hi,
I am Heather. Although you both don't eat very much, you work in the heat. Hence your body needs proper nutrients. I read a book "17 Foods That Heal" few days back and found it amazing. It has all referrences from Bible and the foods are tested on many generations. We all know how strong were our ancestors.

hey
Don't panic now. Just start with the basic stuff. For me, calorie counting does not work, too much work for me. What I do is just to do simple lifestyle changes like stop eating after 8pm, eat a fruit before lunch etc.

Have you tried squidoo.com/dietwithcookies/. I know it sounds ridiculous but it really does work. It was developed by Dr. Siegal in south Florida and people are losing an average of 15 pounds a month!
